Shipping Policy – Zynx Designs

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted. During new releases or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Shipping All orders are shipped using the most economical carrier available — typically USPS, but occasionally UPS depending on the best rate at time of shipment. We use Pirate Ship to ensure you get the lowest possible shipping cost on every order. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Preorder & Out-of-Stock Items If an item is on preorder or temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly noted on the product page along with an estimated lead time. Your order will ship as soon as the item is available.

Split Shipments Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship separately so you receive your in-stock items sooner.

Lost or Damaged Packages Once an item has shipped, Zynx Designs is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address. If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at zynxdesigns9@gmail.com within 7 days and we will do our best to help. If tracking shows delivered, please also contact your local carrier directly.
