Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using the most economical carrier available — typically USPS, but occasionally UPS or another carrier depending on the best rate at time of shipment. We use Pirate Ship to ensure you get the lowest possible shipping cost on every order. A tracking number will be provided for all orders. All in-stock orders are typically shipped within 7 days. Once an item has shipped, Zynx Designs is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.
Returns
Product returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is in brand new, unused condition
- Product arrived damaged
- Wrong product was sent
If the wrong product was sent or the product was damaged prior to opening, Zynx Designs will cover all return shipping fees. If you simply no longer want the product, you must cover return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 2 days of receiving the returned item. Once issued, your financial institution may take 3–10 business days to make funds available. A partial or zero refund may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. In-stock orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled at no cost for a full refund.
Preorders & Cancellations
All preorder products include a lead time stated in the product description. By purchasing a preorder, the customer acknowledges and agrees to wait the given lead time.
Cancellations requested within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested after 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to zynxdesigns9@gmail.com.
If a preorder has not shipped by the end of the stated lead time, the customer may request a full refund at no fee.
Partner Brand Items
Many products on zynxdesigns.us are fulfilled by our partner brands. Zynx Designs does not hold inventory on these items — they are shipped directly by the respective brand. All partner brand items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if a cancellation is requested after 48 hours from the time of purchase. Returns are not accepted on partner brand items unless otherwise stated.
IMPORTANT — CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Please do not submit a chargeback or open a claim with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks seriously harm small businesses like ours and significantly delay your resolution. If you need a cancellation, refund, or have any issue with your order, email us at zynxdesigns9@gmail.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible — which is faster for both of us. We are a real, responsive team and will always do our best to make it right.
