"Where is my order?"
Some items, including NFC wristbands and metal key ignition covers, were sold as preorders. These products were already in production at the time of sale and scheduled for delivery based on timelines provided by our manufacturer.
A delay occurred due to production slowdowns, carrier delays, and the holiday shipping surge. Manufacturing finished later than promised, and transit time increased despite paid expedited shipping. Holiday volume added further delay. Shipping estimates shared with customers came directly from our production and logistics partners.
Current status
All delayed inventory is already in transit from California to our office and scheduled for intake shortly. Fulfillment will begin immediately once received.
Customer appreciation
Orders affected by this delay will receive a free bonus item added to the shipment. Contact support after your order ships if your order qualifies so we add it correctly.
Our commitment
This delay was caused by supplier and carrier issues, not order neglect. We take fulfillment seriously and continue improving operations as Zynx grows. We now work with a dedicated inbound shipping agent to tighten timelines and improve accuracy going forward.
